Story

That baguette you ate the other day has become quite the pain. Maybe it was the raw salmon woven into the tough dough,  or the somewhat moldy jello cubes, which looked like lumps of toothpaste and pickle.

Your doctor, who is addicted to gaming, is no serious help in matter. In fact, he's transformed your inner intestines into a spiraling game of pinball. He suggests you take the controls, and worm and wiggle those balls of bile through your digestive tract.

Maybe it's a good idea? Who knows? After all, what could go wrong?

Controls

Press k To launch the ball

Press r to reset the ball (The ball will also reset after a momentum of being idle,  or when you let it fall through into the remaining digestive tract below)

Left click on the flippers to activate them

Note: I actually had intended to only start with 5 gall stones, but ended up having more due to janky godot physics, which sometimes triggers events multiple times.
